CeCe Smocked Off-the-Shoulder Floral Print Midi Dress

Off-the-shoulder smocked floral dress from CeCe. It has a flowy skirt with a slit and can be worn on or off the shoulder. I’d say it’s between a midi and a maxi. It’s beautiful! I’ve only worn it once; it just doesn’t suit me anymore. Purchased from Dillard’s.
