CeCe XS Black Blouse with Sheer Balloon Sleeves

I find this on the larger side for an XS, I wore it when I would typically wear a S. But very forgiving style so can be worn by a wide range of body types. Semi-fitted torso and wide balloon sleeves that are sheer with a floral pattern. Very chic for the office!
