CeCe by Cynthia Steffe blue dress with clack lace detail. Size 2P.

This is the cutest swing dress in a deep purple almost blue color. It had the prettiest lace details on the shoulders. The inside label has been removed with the size tag but this had a 2P label on the external tag that has since been removed. When I was a size 2 it fit perfect but it was a little too short for me at 5’7’’ Add to a bundle or make me an offer!
