CeCe’s Green dress with blue floral pattern, puff style sleeves and ruffle hem made of a stretchy material. Size Xlg, basically fits size range of 12 (rather loose and flowing) to 18 (snugs curves). Perfect for a that large range of sizes from 12 to 18 thanks to its flattering drape and fit using soft flowing material with slip on design. Gently used (worn just once), in excellent condition.
