Brand: CeCe Size: 8 / Medium Color: white with a blue paisley / floral style print all over. has belt loops but no belt. cute flutter sleeve and neckline. the seam is splitting under the armpit on one side but not noticeable when wearing, or if you can sew, it's an easy fix. super cute and feminine with flowy legs, has a semi retro 70s vibe, looks like a dress, but it's a jumpsuit.
