Cece Long-Sleeve Swing Dress

CeCe black "swing" style dress with white "bow shaped" dots. Size 8. Bodice is fully lined and sleeves are sheer and go all the way down to the wrist. Back zips up and has an 8" slit from zipper to button closure. Hemline falls right at knee. Super comfortable for a work or professional event! Only worn twice.
