Cece lacy dress

I'm reposhing this dress I just bought last week. It is so pretty but it didn't fit me. I bought it for a wedding and love it but it's too tight in the bust. It's got a cute pattern on the lace and is lined in black. The length from shoulder seam to bottom is about 36 inches.
