Cecily Brown Royal Blue Dress

I bought this dress for a military ball and only wore it for 3 hours! Super comfy, the skirt has sheer panels in it, beautiful iridescent jewels cascading down, and a keyhole back! I had the straps altered but that's it. It is a little crumpled in the skirt because it shared a dress bag with 6 other dresses but they should steam right out! Seriously my favorite dress I've ever owned just don't have anywhere to wear it anymore!
