Ceiling Light - Ktribe S1 Pendant

A contemporary classic from designer Philippe Starck. The Flos Ktribe S1 Pendant is fabricated using a specialized polycarbonate (a material that Starck almost single-handedly elevated from commonplace to cultured) that exposes a large diffuser that diametrically juxtaposes the shade shape when the lamp is turned on. When turned off, the diffuser disappears behind a vacuumed aluminum coating. FLOS was first established in 1962 in Merano, Italy, to produce high quality modern lighting. This Italian lighting company continues to do so to this day by collaborating with talented international designers and researching the latest lighting technologies and materials.
