Celia Panella one of a kind vintage belt.

This one of a kind belt was designed by Celia Panella who used to sell them to Sak’s Fifth Ave. This belt is made to be worn on the waist 34” to hip up to 44”. It’s genuine leather with swatches of snake skin. This belt is simply drop dead gorgeous and will turn a simple pants suit, skirt or pants from simple to Wow!
