Adjustable crossbody strap, not removable though. Detachable pouches from each other - can turn into a pouch, clutch, shoulder bag or crossbody bag. Wear and tear include: wear to corners, wear to strap base (on both/all sides), light cracking to resin glazing on strap (please zoom into photos), normal scratches and scuffs to leather (from normal use), see somewhat noticeable scuff on front in certain angles or lighting (refer to posted photos), but not too bad, and leather has softened overtime, some light tarnishing to hardware. Still in amazing condition though w/ a lot of life left. *Possible slight perfume ish odor due to usage, if you put your nose to it and are sensitive to smells, but honestly not really noticeable or even that bad!
