This bag was broken during the first week I bought it. 😢 I was traveling and it broke when I threw it on the table. Other parts, including leather and Handel on the other side were completely in extremely good condition. The only thing is that on one side the handle detached with the metal ( as picture shows). I hope you can take this bag to a leather repair place where anyone can fix it and cherish it 😭

763506197 @kkkwin I just measured the bag and it’s completely the same. 33cm x 22cm x 9 cm ( and I think Celine won’t sell a medium Clasp other than this size).

ohhhsm Receipts? Bag/box? If you purchased at Céline or another store, they should’ve been able to take it back and send it for repairs at no cost to you.

ohhhsm @763506197 yes! Any hardware damage, they send out to repair. They won’t repair it if it’s wear and tear. And since it got damaged within a week of purchasing, you could’ve exchanged for a new one!

I cannot sell my favorite bag at such a price just because I’m lazy to visit a store. Sorry for any inconvenience!

763506197 @stephaniegaw ok so just ignore counter offers. I didn’t realize how much I love this bag until i feel heartbroken when other people say it’s fake. I think I’m just gonna take it to a store and ask them for help. ( we don’t have any Celine store within 100 miles which is sad and that’s why I’m thinking about selling it)

stephaniegaw @763506197 also most local leather shops can repair, Id enquire with who you purchased it from on getting new hardware to fix the framework and then have somewhere local fix it. Celine isn’t going to give you a new bag for it breaking they’ll just give you screws etc. definitely will ask you to provide the receipt so have it handy
