Centre Ville Paris pretty black wiggle pencil skirt. As with any great piece of wardrobe that is black, pictures don't do it justice. Design on the sides at the top of the front & back. Back zip and slit at bottom. Part spandex for slimming effect. Very good condition but part of label tag inside has come loose. 15" across waist & 20" long. Pinup 50s retro. Nonsmoker w/dogs.
