excellent condition. measures 30" from top of back collar to bottom. 17" from shoulder to shoulder and armpit to armpit when laying flat. 18" at smallest part of waist when laying flat. The jacket looks black but has very tiny gray dots. Made of wool and silk. Sleeves and interior are fully lined. 46 is euro size...so would 38R US
