Certified 2.89 cts diamond ring

Beautiful custom-made handmade diamond ring the center stone is 2.89 carrots and the side stones are sapphires. It says it’s earth mined Even though it does test positive on a diamond detector, tested at home. I am selling it as a lab grown diamond. I’ve had several people test it and half of them said it’s genuine earth mind it was grown and the other one said it was it was Moissanite. So I’m not sure it is very good quality under microscope. One side does have a few inclusions, but you can’t tell unless you’re using a microscope. This is solid silver size 8.
