Certified East-West Emerald cut 5.45 cts. Moissanite (11x9mm) and eternity cut lab created Blue Sapphires, custom set in sterling silver 945 ring. Based on a luxury Diamond brand design, and set by my local jeweler. Absolutely stunning, but too large of a stone for my hand.
