@chrissimmonds15 it’s pure sterling silver so it should fade all the way but if it does there are way to many diamonds around the ring to even see the coating. I honestly do not know how long. I’ve never had any complaints or issues about it. Like any other valuable jewelry just maintain it and keep it away from chemicals otherwise it’s good to wear in water or daily wear
