Cervelle Silk Dress

100% Silk Dress. Mustard in color, has a waist tie built in. The waist is also has a stretch- please see pic. Very lightweight. This is a vintage dress as you can tell because of the shoulder pads. The size is 14 but like I said it’s vintage piece. It might be a size 10 today- I’m not too sure. I bought this is hopes to turning it to my size but never got around it.
