C’est City burgundy/deep red sweater tunic w/ leather & wood tie belt size L

This was my sweater and it looks great with or without the belt, over a blouse or worn alone. It is 17” across and 25” long. Includes wood & leather (may be faux leather) belt. Has knitted belt loops which are wide to allow for high or low waist. Sleeveless An August Silk Company 64% acrylic, 35% nylon. Washable- dry flat or hang dry.
