Chalmers day Hopi Ring 14K gold

Gold and Black Enamel Ring by Hopi designer Chalmers Day. His rings are known to tell a story based on the symbols. I don't know what tale is told on this ring but it is quite lovely with the black enamel going around the top half of the ring. I believe this is unique to his collection as most of his designs are done in a special silver overlay and this ring is crafted in solid 14k yellow gold.
