Chambray Cross-Stitched/Embroidered Tunic (no tags/no brand!)

Howdy, friends! Picked up this tunic/short dress at a resale store… no tags, so material make-up is unknown (as well as brand). It is in excellent-used-condition— no known flaws whatsoever! As I measured, I noticed the armpits must have been taken-in at some point. (Just an observation;) The tunic leans toward a size SMALL, in my estimation.
