Chambray Dress w/ Delicate Cut-Out Details

Adorable barely worn chambray dress with delicate cutout details through-out. The front is slightly shorter than the back and it comes with a fabric tie to belt it around the middle. However when I wore it I preferred to wear it without the fabric tie, and instead let the dress hang loose. Pocket button underneath. Worn only a few times but dress looks as if it’s new, it’s in fantastic gently worn condition. Fits true Medium. Target brand. Can model if requested!
