I am out of town so I can’t measure it right now- but this is the Exact description from the boutique I bought it from which is now sold out/ Fit: This top has a relaxed peplum silhouette with a high-low hem. Length: The front hem of this top rests at the top of the hip. The side and back hem rests at or below the hips.
