Chambray off the shoulder dress - Express

Such a cute casual date look and so comfy! Banded at the waist m, hits right above my knees (I’m 5’2”), off the shoulder gathered style. In excellent condition, but in my toddler Mom era and not wearing many short dresses. EUC unless otherwise stated. Smoke free home. If helpful I am 5’2”, standard measurements roughly 33” bust, 24 -25” waist (23.5” pre-pregnancy), about 35” hip. Petite length inseams fit me best but I prefer regular sizing for tops and dresses.
