@hvis307 it has an elastic waist… with it not stretched it’s about 31” and it’s about 22” in length.

This skirt has an elastic waist which is about 31” NOT Stretched. It measures 42” under the pocket seams. Not super stretchy but does give. It’s 65% cotton and 35% polyester.
