Chamomile

I love this herb. German Camomile flowers that have been harvested and dried. They have mild flavor. They are editable and can be used for many purposes. the flowers buds and leaves are editable. Even the animals can eat it and get the health benefits. it has been used for thousands of years to treat colds, inflammation and stomach aches. A tea can be made with it to reduce stomach upset and to reduce gas. It's high in vitamins and minerals and children can also benefit from camomile. Helps with relaxing and sleep. I have made a tea and put on sores. You can just put the flowers in boiling water and let it sit and use as a tea for many things. Check online for the uses of this wonderful plant. It's just an excellent herb for stomach problems and helps to relax and sleep better. I also like to add it to salads. it has a kind of apple like flavor. No sprays or anything has been put on this camomile.
