Champagne Beaded Needle and Thread Midi Dress

Originally purchased on here for my second wedding dress but never ended up wearing it. Came to me with multiple stains, mostly on the right side of the dress, attempted to dry clean with no luck:( Selling hoping it will go to a good home and maybe someone will know a trick to getting rid of the spots! It’s such a beautiful dress otherwise!! US size 4, but the hips fit tight! I’m 5’2 130 lbs 34/27/37
