Really adorable skirt. Meant to wear above hips. Champagne pink in color with silver polka dots. Zipper and button in back. Brand new with tag. Doesn't fit like I had hoped. It's says size 4 but fits more like a 2.

carolinaluv @clairemwencl sure! And thank you😊it's a lovely skirt and I hope to find one similar that will fit. Maybe you can list it as a size 2 and put a note in the listing that it's actually a size 4 but fits like a US 2 since H&M runs a little small.

carolinaluv @clairemwencl I don't either so it's been hit or miss with their clothes. Now I have a better idea and it seems the pants, skirts, and shorts run small so I size up and they seem to fit well. The jackets, shirts, dresses, and sweaters vary so I don't risk buying unless I've tried on first😕
