Champaign party dress

This dress was only worn once. I wish I had another occasion to wear this to. It is so pretty. And it is very flattering. The top is a silky Champaign ivory color and the bottom is a beautiful darker color. It's separated by a belt of rhinestones that continues to the back for a silky black tie that can be made into a bow. This is strapless with hanger straps. This dress deserves one more party!
