It both zips up or snaps or both. It’s a very soft but quite heavy (very closely woven that’s 100% polyester except the neck has 10% spandex. Has 2 front deep pockets & a piping all around every end. It looks like forest green but if u look closely u can see either dark blue or black threads throughout. Back has a nice stying to it also & neck can be folded down or straight up.
