Short dress in a bandana inspired print. Navy and off white. Deep "V" neckline and slightly higher waistline. Gathering under the bust, front shoulder seam, and skirt. Semi-full sleeves with thin button cuffs. Mother-of-pearl buttons up the front with hook and eye closure at the bust area. Belt loops at side seams, but no sash / belt(?). Bodice and skirt are lined.
