Chan Luu embroidered beaded maxi skirt

The skirt has two separate layers - a comfortable jersey bottom layer that hits a little below the knee and a floor length sheer layer that is embroidered all over with black and silver beads. Both have elastic waistbands. Sheer layer can be worn over other pieces and bottom layer can be worn alone. Bought and worn once for a birthday party.
