@caseypelfrey I have proof of my purchase from Saks. Me too on Chanel shoe size! No two are ever the same. I got a 36.5 to begin with which would be my normal european shoe size but they were too small. Honestly, I think the reason they rubbed my heels is I never wore them enough to break them in. They’re an amazing neutral but I don’t have a lot of neutrals in my wardrobe. My loss someone else’s gain I guess haha 😆 ❤️
