Hi! You mentioned this was deep cleaned. Does that mean that the exterior was also cleaned? Trying to understand if the stains are possible to get out.

@isabellaray_ they will not come out. Those are color transfer marks. They are ingrained into the leather. Unless you dye it black, those marks aren’t going anywhere
