It belonged to her daughter, who is a teen. The photos listed are how it looked when I purchased it. There are a lot of stains on the inside and a few light minor spots on the outside of the bag. Also I believe she removed the serial number as you can see in the 15th photo. I believe there's a way you can find out what the serial number was but you have to either go to a Chanel store or call customer service. As far as the sturdiness and life left in the bag it is in good shape but the inside is what makes the bag look bad. I believe you can clean it since it's a canvas style bag. Thankfully no holes.
