matte / velvet top coat from Chanel. I’ve used it once or twice so most of the product should still be there but it’s in an opaque bottle so it’s hard to tell exactly. Cool but not my style so I don’t use it! I just opened the bottle to check the consistency and it looks like new to me, not dried out / gloopy at all. 13 ml / 0.4 fl oz bottle
