There is rubbing on the 4 corners; however, this pink wallet is very pretty and in decent condition. I do not know the year of this wallet; however, Chanel wallets made before 2008 use 24k gold alloy plating, which means the gold is real. Chanel switched to gold-toned hardware in late 2008 to reduce costs and increase profit margins, but still give the hardware a luxurious look. The gold-toned hardware is plated with a layer of gold, but it's not solid gold.
