Beautiful authentic Chanel bag. I love this bag because it has tons of pockets and storage! I haven’t been able to find this style elsewhere! One large outside pocket with a zipper, two other large outside pockets and one inside pocket with a zipper. You can put a ton of stuff in it! One of the handles is pretty worn so I have it covered with a black twilly, the other handle is in better shape so I don’t have it covered. One zipper pull has been replaced but the zipper still has the original Lampo zipper, other zippers are intact, including two gorgeous oversized Chanel zippers that are probably worth quite a bit by themselves 😊 The bottom and edges are in great shape, see pictures, the inside is also very clean and in great shape. Besides the handles the bag look amazing!

georgiecoffey55 Oh this is super cute - so the zipper pull that is missing is the same as the existing 2 ?? You have said the interior is clean but you did not say if it is musty smelling - characteristic of the nylon& synthetic bags What are the handles made of ??

georgiecoffey55 Yet in looking again I see the bag has 3 different types zipper pulls. If you would please take pictures of both sides of the 3 different pulls. And also picture of the underneath side if the zippers themselves ?? And could you tell me the handles are actual leather - Is the damaged handle so worn that it is breaking a part ?? I will buy this if you can show me exactly what it is I am buying. Thank you & looking forward to hearing from you with regard to my questions.

rsss1 @georgiecoffey55 Hi, the black leather zipper pull is a replacement for one of the metal zippers that say “Chanel”. There is no odor or any musty smell inside the bag.

rsss1 @georgiecoffey55 The handles are actual leather as far as I can tell, they are peeling but not falling apart, I have them wrapped in a black twilly and it’s working well, I also have an extra long strap that I use to carry the bag as a messenger bag. Hope this answers your questions, but let me know if you have more questions!

georgiecoffey55 @rsss1 Between 1986 - 2004 the Chanel serial number was 7 digits which this has 7 but the zero had a diagonal line across the zero and yours does not. The 2 zeros on this serial number are not only missing the diagonal line but the are not as bold print as the other 5 numbers. How old is this?? Approximately?? Do you know anything about the bag??

georgiecoffey55 I have reservations about the validity of the serial number - every travel line bag’s serial number has the diagonal Line across the Zero and all the numbers are the same size and darkness in color - but not this one - good luck - but for this I am out.

rsss1 @georgiecoffey55 you’re welcome to have reservations, but you’re wrong. The bag is 100% authentic. The lighting in the previous photo didn’t show the serial properly; I uploaded a better photo of the serial which makes it quite clear that it’s authentic.
