authentixx_shop @trishelle121 I understand, the crease is normal for any bag, if there is no bag insert, I made a mistake of storing it, without stuffing or placing a bag insert, hence, it creases,that’s why I’ve learned a lesson to always put a stuffing on my purses, especially if I’m not using it, it actually is only noticeable when looked closely, the front part doesn’t have crease
