Chanel Black and white leather slings with 'wood' heel. Adjustments have been made to the strap to make it fit better (re-attached at the bottom of the sole as shown in pictures) and does show evidence of wear on the sole, but on the top looks great! Although the size below says 38 1/2, I'm a US size 7 and fits me fine. Box included.

@pwalkerleggings one strap popped out and the other was overstretched so the cobbler fixed both but you can see the repair work in the sole of the shoe as shown in the pics.
