Width is between 1 inch ( completely empty) and 1 & 1/2 inches ( with items ) Adjustable strap/chain is 59 inches so can be used as a crossbody or shoulder. bag Never worn even once so completely white, no marks, rubbing or flaws that you get from wear and tear. Inside still has fresh leather scent. Purchased simultaneously w a white croc bag that was used first & then whenever a white bag was needed. It’s been sitting on the shelf of my glass enclosed cabinet to keep it dust free. Since it’s as good as buying in store there are no returns as things never come back in same condition as they go out.
