@kboetche no I do not have the card, just the tag number inside the bag.
I went to Chanel in Paris and I have the letter of the Chanel store with the reference number.

@eltravil Thank you for getting back to me. Are there any scratches to the leather or scuffs? Corners look good? I understand there may be some scratches on the clasp as it is not brand new.
