Loved using this for baby! Velcro straps go around changing table for a secure hold. We had diapers in the middle, wipes on top. Lotions, creams and whatever else on the sides. Super handy. Not needed anymore as baby is grown for the changing table. Gently used, no rips or stains. Smoke free home. I also have a wipe warmer that fits perfectly on top too! This is not included but can be arranged for purchase :)
