lottahoneybee 'Lehenga waist 16" How is that measured? Is this across as it is laying flat --so the total would be 32 inches? the question would also apply to the measurements for sleeve (3.5) and blouse waist (18)

fashionsavvy10 @lottahoneybee Hi! They are all laying flat, so double the measurements for all of them. Also, lehenga has a tie waist, so it’s adjustable for 1-2 inches.

lottahoneybee I was hoping this would work for our grandson's wedding. It's absolutely beautiful and I loved it the moment I saw it. I'm 5 feet tall, so the lehengas is much too long and it also would need another 8 inches or more in the waist. It seems likely that I would need XL or even XXL. Regretfully I must give this one a pass. :(

lottahoneybee Another thought that might be workable.... I'm assuming the original cut of the lehenga was straight, then gathered to make the waistband. What is the measurement across the bottom when it is laid flat (as you had laid it when you measured the waist)?

fashionsavvy10 @lottahoneybee Measurements for the bottom hem laid flat is about 56” straight (double it for 2 layers). Skirt has rounded bottom, so we can add 1-2” to the straight length. Hope it makes sense to you.
