Channa skirt, plum color, long and flowey

Pretty Channa Skirt detailed with lace along the bottom and crushed velvet and sequins in the middle. It is made of rayon, and the color is plum. it shows as Free Size. The waist measurement all the way around is approx. 28 inches. This would fit someone who wears an 8-10 size. This skirt is long, to the ankles. I am 5'4" and a size 10, this fits good but I never had a chance to wear it yet. The waist is elastic and will give a little. One small snag in material, see photo.
