dmelinda39 @mandaid No it doesn't have a zipper. The closure is just the two buckle like things on the top of the jacket that you can see in the picture. That is why it reminds me of a cape lol. Thank you!!!

dmelinda39 @mandaid Ok. Sorry I had to find it. The arms are long on me and it is not tight in the arms at all. Also the material has a lot of give to it. It is super cute.
