90s vintage Chaps navy blue sweater vest. Unisex and great for layering. Depending on how you style it you can go for eclectic prep, 90s preppy, casual prep or dark academia. Sized an XL with a lot of stretch it's all cotton. Very minimal piling and fading from normal wear. Cleaned and stored in a smoke free home.
