Chaps Polkadot Empire Waist Dress Size XL

This is a really pretty Chaps fit and flare, dress with polka dots, and is in like new condition. It has a gathered, v-neck neckline Dress falls from an Empire seam just below the bust. Fabric has 5% Elastane for a nice stretch...allowing the dress to be just pulled on over the head. Fabric feels silky and feels nice against your skin. Background is black. The dots have irregular shapes instead of being perfectly round and they are a beige color. Fabric doesn't seem to wrinkle easily, and would be great to take on a trip.
