Chaps Womens sweater

Flattering boatneck sweater with 3/4 sleeves. It has a loose fit to hang smoothly over pants or a skirt. It has lace’s detailing the sleeves. Circa 1990’s, but stilll a classic. Shoulder to hem-22.5” Pit to pit- 21” Nonsmoking, no pulls, tugs or stains.
