This Chaps by Ralph Lauren dyed howlite necklace is a classic. The stone is real and resembles turquoise but as howlite is white and can be dyed any color, I could 99% be sure this is howlite. The metal is non magnetic so very likely stainless steel. I believe it originally was purchased at Kohl’s which sells Ralph Lauren’s Chap brand division of merchandise. The necklace has an extender.
